Interesting. On the topic of sentience: I personally think that every thoughtform we make, including really basic ones like the ones we use for empathy are innately sentient. I think it's a trick of the brain that we dissociate from these things in order to maintain a cohesive perspective and personality. The alternative is, effectively, psychosis, where you cannot reduce the volume of these thoughts to a safe level.
As for parroting, it's something you can test if you're doing. Intentionally move their form for them. Then allow them to automatically move.
A lot of people run into the problem, it reminds me of:
A student went to his meditation teacher and said, "My meditation is horrible! I feel so distracted, or my legs ache, or I'm constantly falling asleep. It's just horrible!"
"It will pass," the teacher said matter-of-factly.
A week later, the student came back to his teacher. "My meditation is wonderful! I feel so aware, so peaceful, so alive! It's just wonderful!'
"It will pass," the teacher replied matter-of-factly.

Maybe you can take the time to just tell her what you think of her and feel about her.
I'm glad! And I hope you start feeling better too!

Since I am trying to act like one person I started to feel much closer to tulpas that don't switch. Just doing stuff together with your imaginary friends is also a valid and meaningful tulpamancy, it feels good to be reminded of that.
I think it's interesting integration and merging are a more diverse spectrum than we previously thought. We knew about and had personal experience with integration and merging, but some systems do kind of both where you have a tulpa who can "become" their headmates or express the others as if they were parts of a whole

I think it's a shame some systems felt too scared to stick around because they embraced integration or becoming median.
A lot of plural communities are just toxic af. I think @proxi said many times that unstable people have tendency to drag each other down and in communities like that, people are expected to be unstable.

Some individuals have been abused for trying to be the gender they want to be. While I agree their reaction was extreme, the context probably stems from insecurity and/or abuse
With some traumatic systems, you have to be gentle in how you interact with them. When I first entered a DID/OSDD only server I recoiled when I saw the trigger warnings and I reacted in a way I think is pretty embarrassing (even though I kept that reaction to myself). However, I was able to learn from that experience and adjust my temperament.
I don't have a problem with bro, I don't think you have to stop using it. However, I think it's polite to be mindful of what other people do and don't like and use a different word around those individuals
